Specially developed structure with two walls for concreting. The walls are welded together with reinforcements to maintain an even space intended for concrete. The walls are connected and tested at the bottom to ensure 100% waterproofing. As a result, the concrete remains only where it should be.
The special double-walled tank body made of ecopolymer, welded using automatic welding machines, not only ensures 100% waterproofing but also provides great strength and stability compared to single-walled tanks. It consists of two cylinders joined together for concreting. By concreting between the walls, an immensely strong skeleton is created.
The tank's ceiling is equipped with reinforcements with openings for concrete reinforcement. Extruders are welded to the inner cylinder for 100% waterproofing… We do not use hot air for cooking.
On the other hand, the tank's bottom is welded to both cylinders from the ceiling. This is done not only to increase strength but also to retain the concrete between the walls and prevent the ingress of groundwater. All the necessary elements for further reinforcement installations are pre-prepared during manufacturing.
The reinforcements in this tank are installed into the cylinder body between the bottom and the ceiling. These are HT pipes that you will concrete during installation to ensure the ceiling's stability. Precisely calculated and welded reinforcements between the cylinders maintain a consistent dimension between the walls and significantly improve the tank's overall strength. The reinforcements come equipped with concrete steel during production for easy creation of reinforced concrete walls.
The inspection shaft, with a diameter of 600mm, for easy access to the tank, is also made of ecopolymer, and solid reinforcements are welded to it to ensure its constant shape.
The lid supplied with the tank consists of two parts. There's a ring that is installed around the shaft to avoid obstacles above the terrain, and a precisely fitting lid that is walkable and lockable with two screws. It is made of very strong composite material.
