CNC Machines
One of the key tools we have at our disposal is CNC machines, which we use for processing polypropylene. Our CNC machines are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to perform precise and efficient cuts on polypropylene. This machine technology enables us to create complex shapes and details with high accuracy. CNC machines are computer-controlled, providing us with maximum control over the process and ensuring consistent results.
Extruders
For welding polypropylene, we use extruders, devices that enable the joining of individual parts using heat. Extruders allow us to apply melted polypropylene to the mating surfaces and fuse them into a solid and watertight joint. Thanks to this technology, we are able to create high-quality and durable welds.
Waterproofing
In terms of waterproofing our products, such as basements, rainwater tanks, septic tanks, and others, we conduct thorough testing by filling them with water. This ensures that there are no leaks and our products are capable of effectively capturing and retaining liquids without any leakage.
Butt Welding
To achieve consistently high quality for each product, we also use automatic butt welding machines. These machines are designed to ensure uniform and strong joints at regular intervals. Automatic butt welding machines provide the advantage of speed and consistency, which is reflected in our products.
