Branded underground pits - Czech Standard, are designed for storing wastewater for properties located on land that cannot be connected to existing sewage systems. They cannot have a septic tank with a sand filter and a created soakaway from a hydrogeological perspective. The pits have only an inlet, no overflow hole, and need to be emptied by a septic tank truck. Ventilation for the pit is done through a chimney-like structure above the roof, which connects to the branch for WC drainage. The pits are manufactured in the same dimensions and volumes as rainwater tanks, available in three variants: self-supporting, for concreting (suitable near roads), and double-walled (suitable for locations with groundwater presence).
Thanks to the special material Tepp - reinforced propylene ecopolymer, they are very strong and provide 100% waterproofing, certified with a certificate.
All underground pits are certified by the State Testing Institute and approved by an authorized structural engineer, ensuring no environmental concerns. They are ideal for the approval process without further bureaucratic requirements.
