Understanding the products you're interested in is vital. We'd love to host you at our production site and offices. Just inform us of your intended visit, and we'll make the necessary arrangements. 3. Collaboration
Now that you're familiar with our offerings, let's collaborate. It's straightforward: we offer our products to you at a B2B discounted price. Organize delivery to your location or directly to your client. You have the flexibility to set the selling price. Together, we'll discuss the terms and conditions of our agreement, at times formalized in a contract to ensure clarity. However, in the initial stages, we prefer working without a contract for swifter processing. Nevertheless, we're open to revisiting this when necessary.
5. Placing an Order
Once you've identified a client for our products, inform us. We'll create an offer and proceed with the order. After sending an invoice and upon payment confirmation, we initiate the manufacturing process, which typically takes up to two weeks. During this period, we arrange delivery and share the invoice details with you. Once the product is ready, it will be dispatched to the location you specify.
6. Installation Assistance
While we don't arrange or perform installations abroad, we provide all necessary documentation and installation guides. If needed, we offer guidance or support to facilitate the installation process.
7. Resolving Issues
In the unfortunate event of product damage or complaints, we're here to assist. We can dispatch a team to fix or replace damaged products. Responsibility for damages varies depending on the situation: if it's a fault in manufacturing, we cover it; damages during delivery fall under the delivery company's responsibility; improper installation is the responsibility of the installation company, and mishandling or improper use by the client is their responsibility.
