You will appreciate the easy installation and connection of this tank. There is no need to concrete it, which reduces costs and installation time.
The tank body, also known as the Cylinder, is made of high-quality ecopolymer. Plates are welded together using fully automatic welding machines. The plates are evenly heated along their entire length, then brought together, and the cooling process begins, which creates a 98% strength weld. Such a joint ensures high strength and, most importantly, 100% waterproofing.
The tank's ceiling is equipped with an ideal number of reinforcements that are welded to the ceiling plate using extrusion welding. We do not use hot air for welding. The upper plate is made of ecopolymer, which guarantees strength and flexibility. Then the plate is welded to the main cylinder.
The tank's bottom is statically designed to withstand pressures that may occur during tank drainage. The bottom is welded to the cylinder, and internal HT reinforcements are welded to it, ensuring even pressures between the ceiling and the bottom.
Reinforcements are present not only inside the tank and on the ceiling but also around its entire circumference. Their strength, length, and quantity vary for each tank size. The reinforcements are calculated for the specific static load of each tank.
The inspection shaft, made of ecopolymer with a diameter of 600mm and a height of 300mm, is welded to the tank using extruders. It provides convenient access to the tank and is sufficiently sturdy for service safety.
The lid made of composite plastic is walkable and designed not to protrude above the terrain. It is secured with two screws for safety.
